大阪・関西万博公式キャラクター「ミャクミャク」を主人公としたさがし絵本のためのイラストを担当いたしました。
関西地方の各都市の名物を散りばめながら、人物や山や森のディテールを描き込むことで、ごちゃごちゃと賑やかな画面になるように描きました。
最終問題はシールのミャクミャクがまぎれるよう、配置された白枠付きのミャクミャクと、風景がマッチするよう表現しています。
I was in charge of the illustrations for a search picture book featuring Myakumyaku, the official character for the Osaka, Kansai Expo.
I scattered famous landmarks from each city in the Kansai region, and included details of people, mountains, and forests to create a bustling and lively screen.
For the final puzzle, I created a Myakumyaku with a white frame that was placed so that it would blend in with the Myakumyaku stickers, and matched it with the scenery.
